It's always a breeze to grab a quick caffeine fix here, even if there's a line. I highly recommend the large iced dirty chai with two shots—it's perfect any time of day!

I absolutely adore this place! The coffee is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. My only wish is that it were indoors, but that's part of what keeps it affordable. The young staff members are wonderful, always welcoming guests with friendly smiles and boundless energy.

Second stop at a Dutch restaurant today, and the customer service here was outstanding! The woman who assisted me was incredibly kind and polite. I would recommend having her train the staff at the 58th St. Main St. location on customer service. Thank you, and have a great day!

Stood at the window for 5 mins to not even have my order taken. The cashier was too busy talking with a friend visiting the drive thru and completely ignored me. Asked the cashier after 5 minutes to take an order and was ignored. I made myself clearly apparent. I could see her through the window on her phone after. I wasn't aware Dutch Bros prioritizes small talk over customer needs. Horrible customer service, ruined my day. Will not be here again.
