Menu is fairly limited and has the feel and flavor of cheap, poor quality ingredients.

Pretty good. Ordered take out from the eugene location. I had the chicken Alfredo. Unfortunately they were out of parm chicken so I settled for regular grilled chicken. Also got garlic bread, which was good. Nothing spectacular but decently priced.

Pasta was undercooked and not warm enough to melt the cheese

I’ve been eating at noodles and company pretty regularly for the past 4 or 5 years, super good, very fast, delicious. The rewards really help especially if you eat there as often as I do. Personally favorites are the Pad Thai, Wisconsin Macaroni, and the butter noodles. The rice crispy treats are pretty big too but personally I almost never get their snickerdoodle cookie.
