Oolong And Tea House - Eugene

I recently discovered this charming spot for oolong tea, but unfortunately, they no longer offer dine-in options. The staff mentioned that they will be closing at the end of this month, which is disappointing. I truly hope they open another tea house in town in the future.

I requested a dairy-free and caffeine-free option, and the attentive, knowledgeable staff member at the counter suggested a drink I had never encountered before. I agreed to try it. Before preparing the beverage, he informed me of the price, which I greatly appreciated. His honesty and transparency ensured that I, as the customer, was fully aware of what I was getting into. Having recently experienced a similar situation, I completely understood his perspective; prices are rising, and the quality of products can be inconsistent. Honesty is key. I found the drink to be quite tasty and appreciated the recommendation. Yes, I will definitely return.

The staff were friendly, but I found the prices to be excessive and the experience lacking authenticity. I ordered a Thai tea, and as someone from Thailand, I can only describe the flavor as a bland, herbal version that misses the mark. The restaurant itself had a pleasant ambiance and a nice aroma, but unfortunately, the tea did not live up to expectations.

Really tasty bubble tea with a strong tea flavor. Great if you're looking for a bubble tea that doesn't have a bunch of junk in it! Fast service and high quality, I recommend their kombucha as well!Food: 5/5

A true tea house for sure. Offering the widest selection of oolong teas, black teas and some lovely herbals as well. House creations are unique and smooth, not to mention a very educated and friendly staff. Great place for experienced tea drinkers and people wanting to dive into the lovely world of tea. If you aren’t as much into a hot and soothing refreshment they offer house made juices and kombuchas and for the sweet indulgences: boba!
