Sushi Station - Eugene

Had some of the best sushi here in a long, long time. Rachel was absolutely brilliant, even with how busy it was. 110% make this a regular place.

It was really good. The flaming lion It had a great presentation. But we all didn't like the taste, but so rewarding. Everyone has their own taste of food. We had 8 different roles between 1 child and 3 adults the food was amazing. One I would recommend is the crazy monkey that was amazing. When I go back, I'll get it back.

There are quite a few Japanese restaurants in Eugene, but this one stands out as the best I’ve been to. The food is delightful and truly authentic, and the portions are generous. The green tea is fresh, not from a tea bag, and tastes fantastic. I look forward to returning time and time again.

I tried the edamame and the 5th Street special, which was similar to a rainbow roll topped with avocado and possibly salmon, accompanied by hot sake. The service was quick, and the staff were very polite. I noticed some tempura being served, and it looked great, so I plan to order that next time. The sushi bar has a lovely ambiance with its low wooden ceilings and numerous round doll heads, which I assume have a significance in Japanese culture. Everything was delicious, and I highly recommend Sushi Street Station if you’re ever craving sushi, tempura, or a bento box in downtown Eugene.
