You are a haven of delicious food served by intelligent, friendly, humorous, and visually talented individuals. Thank you for expanding and enhancing the dining experience with improved acoustics and more comfortable seating. The new bathroom with lovely tile and no wait for the stalls is much appreciated. And of course, thank you for the delicious lunch options, including slices and a $4 side salad that is worth every penny. If you start serving breakfast, I will definitely be there. You set the bar for local dining, especially now that Iz. Meji has closed. We rely on you, so thank you for all that you do so well. The beer is good too!
If you are a fan of New Haven-style pizza, then Wheel Apizza is the place for you. This restaurant offers delicious pies made with locally sourced ingredients that will surely satisfy your cravings. The charred crust adds a unique and flavorful touch to each bite. With a recent expansion, Wheel Apizza now offers a welcoming environment suitable for all ages. Guests can order food at the counter and enjoy a variety of options at the separate bar area, including microbrews, house sodas, and cocktails.
I returned to this restaurant after a year and remembered their Napoli style pizza. The super thin crust and minimal toppings. However, when I ordered a veggie slice today, it was extremely thin with only 1.5 slices of cremini mushroom and a few strands of red onion. I was hoping for a simple yet well-crafted slice, but this was disappointing. I will give it another chance. The Oregon Love IPA I had was delicious and dry.
This place was popping on a Friday night but its bright and open interior makes it feel bigger and super family friendly! They have an area by the front that's more sports bar like, but there are also different arrangement of tables for all group sizes with wooden dividers in between to create booths. I always love a good picnic table seating and it worked really well for our group of 4 adults, a baby in a stroller and a toddler needing a high chair. You order and pay for drinks and food at the counter in the front and get a number for your table. Their tap and drink list is extensive and goes great with all the food they are serving. We really enjoyed the beet salad, smoked wings (a slow burn type of spicy in a good way), and two different types of pizzas generous portions with leftovers to take home. They also had some great gluten free options for our friend including the Mac and cheese and the meatballs. Good food, good food and good vibes here! Definitely recommend a visit if you are a pizza lover!
The pizza and salads at this restaurant are delicious. However, be prepared to wait up to 1 1/2 hours for your pizza on busy nights. I did not enjoy the smoked wings as they had too strong of a smoked flavor for my liking. The service was decent, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was great, with a rating of 5. The average price per person for a meal is between $10 and $20. Recommended dishes include the meatballs, salad, and pepperoni pie.
