Baskin-robbins - Euless

Placed a door dash order with them. A very rude man called me and said what I ordered “wasn’t worth it to them” and that they wouldn’t be sending my order. Um why is it on your menu then?? Why are you on door dash then??? Horrible customer service. Don’t go here.

We love Baskin-Robbins and take the grandkids there when they are in town.

I received a $25 giftcard from one of my atudenta because he knows how much I love ice cream. Choose my flavors and even grabbed a half gallon of ice cream to take home. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier refused to take my giftcard. His reasoning “we don’t seek giftcards here anymore, so we aren’t able to take them”. The back of our giftcard clearly states, “good at ANY baskin robbins location.” Poor customer service overall!

Service was great! Super friendly staff and excellent ice cream!

I'm sad how drastically this place went down the hill. It was dinghy, the diving cabinets look like they haven't been cleaned for years, and the working guy had little to no customer service. I will definitely find a new location to go.
