Chick-fil-a - Euless

Once again, Chick-fil-A exceeds expectations! However, I found the drive-thru experience a bit odd. The way it starts when you enter the complex can be confusing, especially since there’s only one lane that eventually leads out to the highway entrance. Overall, the drive-thru could definitely use some improvement.

The quality here is always exceptional. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pricing. I only received 2 out of the 12 grilled nuggets, and it wasn't even a chicken breast, yet it cost $16. There were no sides or drinks included. I feel like you can get better value at other restaurants. It's a shame because the food is still great, and the line moves quickly.

The catering was seamless and spot on. The management team was fantastic and always on time. Our teacher evaluation dinner was a total success! Thank you, Chick-Fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but this weekend I used them for catering and again, they were amazing to work with! Wendye, who is responsible for catering, confirms by ordering several times before my pick-up date. She allowed me to borrow the hot bags to keep our things warm, and when I picked up, there was a handwritten note that would thank me for my order. This restaurant goes consistently beyond and beyond and I am so grateful for Wendye and her whole team!

I like this Chick-fil-A because the people at the drive-thru are really friendly. It's 10 elderly man that waste the drive-thru he is so funny early in the morning he makes my day.
