Domino's Pizza - Euless

Unfortunately, I wish there was an option for zero stars. I ordered delivery while at work and waited over an hour for it to arrive. When I called to inquire about my order, the person I spoke with was very rude when I requested a refund. He didn't provide any confirmation for my refund and just said, "Okay! I'll tell my driver to turn around," then hung up on me! I'm extremely disappointed and will never order from this restaurant again. The worker's name was Jared.

If I could rate Domino's 10 stars, I absolutely would! The employees work incredibly hard, yet they always bring a positive vibe to the experience. It's clear that they prepare our food with a big smile!

I ordered a pizza last night at 6:00 a.m. it took her until 8:00 to understand that my pizza order was never delivered. Five phone calls back and forth to try to get them my pizza to me and I'm still trying to get my refund the next day. It took not only three people, and the first did not even have a hint that it was going on and told me that he would call me back, not my name did not get my number. I should say the driver turned around and said my address was ugly, although I lived in the same apartment for 8 years and never had any problems getting a delivery of Dominos before. And it can't seem to get a real manager. So I'll call again every 5 10 15 minutes until I actually talk to the manager. I will not order from Domino the pizza is not as it was earlier it was a okay for 50% off what you have ordered, but now I know why they did this voucher customer service zero food quality good I would not know that I $20 for a pizza that has never been delivered and now I fight for a refund.

Order online from here. 1 pizza. Nothing complicated AT ALL. Was absolutely TORCHED. Burn on a crack. Tried to call three times after a remake and was suspended three times.

Friday night. I ordered at 11:08, it said being prepared by MASON. Around 1130 it had not even moved from prep. Then it said cancelled. I decided to try place the order again. Same name to prepare it. It became cancelled within 5 mins. I called the number, I stayed on the line and no one answered, they hung up. I sincerely hope my card does not get charged twice for a twice placed order that got cancelled. Do they just cancel orders immediately that do not leave a tip? Unbelievable. This Dominos is open til 1am and delivery til 2am.
