Imperial Hibachi Sushi - Euless

We had a fantastic experience at the hibachi side of the restaurant! I made a reservation three hours prior for our group of eight, and they seated us right away. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside and we were sitting by the windows, the temperature inside remained comfortable. Instead of ordering from the children's menu for my four kids, we decided to share an adult portion of salmon among three kids and added an extra rice, which turned out to be a perfect choice. The little one enjoyed grabbing bites from our plates, as the portion sizes were quite generous. Our server, who I believe was named Goodha, was excellent and kept our drinks flowing. The chef was entertaining, engaged, and very patient with the children. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Great location, close to the movie theater. Sat at the patio, had some sushi it was great! The spices salmon avocado sushi was good but had too much spicey mayo for my taste so next time I would probably ask for it on the side

They didn’t have our reservation, but we were still greeted and seated very quickly. It was my friends birthday and had requested something special. There was zero mention of it. But that is ok. Service was completely slow. I requested no sesame seeds as they make me really sick and no teriyaki sauce. The server said they don’t put sesame seeds on anything. They absolutely put it on everything and then put teriyaki on everything including my filet. I told the server and she said oh sorry. Our drinks took forever and when I asked about them I was told we didn’t expect to be so busy so we had to call in a bartender. We got our drinks after our soup, salad and sushi and right before the hibachi. The hibachi show was the least interesting I had ever seen. The taste of the rice was really good, the chicken and steak besides I hate teriyaki was really good. It was all cooked really well. So I didn’t give it one star because the food if they would have made it the way I ordered it would have been great. I wish they could have done something for my friends birthday too but the service was so slow we were just ready to leave by the end. I didn’t want to wait for them to recook anything because it was already so late when they started cooking so I just nibbled a few bites and was thankful I got sushi because it was delicious! So I didn’t starve. They did not offer to make anything right when brought to their attention besides oh sorry. We were there for work and will travel back soon, but won’t go there for sure.

I celebrated my birthday, and both the kids and adults had a fantastic time! I found the food to be delicious and well-prepared. Our chef was entertaining and dedicated to providing a great experience!
