Imperial Hibachi Sushi - Euless

This visit was my first and it was pleasant. I went on a weekday during lunch, and it wasn't busy at all. Needless to say, the service was great and prompt. We cried at the Hibachi table. to our cook for the great entertainment and delicious food.

Great, entertaining atmosphere, very professional entertainment from the cook. Wide selection of menu items, super large portions. Very friendly atmosphere and staff very attentive.

What happened to the customer service? We called at 5.40 in our order. We order the items on the entrance in the picture. We're supposed to pick up in 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived at 18:07 (I know bc of an incoming call) clearly after the quoted time for our pickup. We paid for our order and received another order. The order we have received does not even have our receipt. We noticed in the car so my friend came back immediately with the wrong order. I waited in the car for 5 or more minutes then decided to go inside. He sat at the bank where they told him. I approached the hosts looking for answers they were vague! I said I had a seat. It was 6:15. The host asked us if we had opened the bag that she would have been our order and I said no. He didn't even begin to make our food again. We left at 6:35, and the Wasabi and ginger who were asked to be packaged separately was not even reached. Very disappointing. Truth is, there was no customer service. Win 2 stars because at least the sushi was delicious

We had an excellent experience on the Hibachi side! I called 3 hours ago and made reservations for our group of 8. They took us right in. Although it was over 100 outside and we were right at the windows, it remained nice and cool. Instead of ordering the children's menu for my four children, we ordered the adult salmon to split between three and add an additional rice and it was perfect. The little one just ate bites of our plates because the portions are so big. Our server, Goodha, I think was excellent and kept our drinks. The cook was funny, committed and patient with the children. We recommend this restaurant!

Great location, close to the movie theater. Sat at the patio, had some sushi it was great! The spices salmon avocado sushi was good but had too much spicey mayo (for my taste) so next time I would probably ask for it on the side
