I paid full price for my order, but I still feel like I forgot something important. I made several phone calls, but no one answered. The checkout process felt confusing, and the staff seemed inexperienced. I didn't receive a receipt with my order. I'm not planning to buy from here again at these prices; I'd rather go to Pizza Hut.
On July 4th, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor cash management. The cashier was also acting as a food server, which led to some hygiene concerns. After handling cash and coins all day, they went back to the kitchen and touched the pizza and other food items with dirty hands. I noticed that other servers in the kitchen were doing the same. It’s crucial for the restaurant to improve this practice; cashiers should focus solely on their role and never handle food. It's important to maintain proper hygiene standards and ensure that cashiers do not serve food.
Unpleasant non-smiling guy in the register with dark hair and mustache. My first visit there and I decided not to order because he was very short with his answers as if he did not want to be disturbed.
2nd time the hot-n-ready option was not available at 6:50 pm on a Tuesday evening. Also, gave me an incorrect pizza and the crazy bread was raw!
