Sonic Drive-in - Euless

The mobile orders are consistently incorrect, and the service is terrible, regardless of the time of day you visit! Every other location is much better. That's all there is to say! Food rating: 1/5.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times, but unfortunately, I've been disappointed about 90% of the time. I've tried to give it the benefit of the doubt because it's conveniently located, and we all have off days. However, every visit seems to bring something wrong—whether it's subpar food, unfriendly staff, or incredibly long wait times. Today's experience was no exception. I've decided that it's worth taking the extra time to go somewhere else instead.

The hot dog was off-putting in color and not worth eating, so I had to discard it. The tater tots were overcooked and as hard as a rock. Additionally, I wasn’t provided with straws or ketchup for my meals. I would never return here or recommend it to anyone.

My poor Corndog had no chance. Bad thing was burned to a cripple. Not to mention the person who took the order was somewhat rude. They forgot a few things and when they brought them, he wanted me to return the tits I had touched (I hope they were gone through them because that was rough).

The fella that takes your order keeps this place rated high. Empathetic and solves problems and will even carry a pleasant conversation behind that microphone. Give him a raise.Food: 5/5
