Very rude workers, takes forever to get your order and your lucky if it's done right or if you get the complete order. Poor management!!!
The person on the microphone was super nice friendly. Someone, apparently from the kitchen, kept cutting in and talking over her. Interrupted her several times, practically shouting. Fussing about 5 minutes for chicken, changed our order, “well you still have to wait for Hess” -which we didn’t order. She was rude obnoxious. Came to window and shouted to see if we had sausage. Told her no. Slammed window on our face and walked off to the third car being parked to wait. Terrible customer service attitude.
Service was good, order was served promotly. The food was very tasty, as usual. My only complaint was the price having increased by a dollar.
