Bubba's Barbecue - EUREKA SPRINGS

Large hole in the wall bbq joint. We were looking for something else. Your loaded bbq brisket fries. It came with tomatoes, onions, avocado and cheese. Would it be worth going back and try other bbq on their menu.

We had the BBQ Rib dinner for 2 and they were good with a mild smokey taste. The BBQ beans were pretty good, but the Cole Slaw was somehow blandy and salty. The BBQ sauce reminded me of taco sauce, but was also pretty good. The service was good and the food came fast. All 3-1/2-4 stars.

Bubba's is the only grill to eat in Eureka Springs! I've been enjoying her food in town for many years. The food is always top Notch and the service is the best in town. The ribs are amazing and the sauce is also. I always have a hard time to choose my meal because everything is good? You are very puppy friendly, so are you bringing them???

The place is very clean. And I mean very clean, including the toilets. Nicely dressed people to help you decide what to eat when you run out of decisions. The food was good. Not excellent, but good and decent. Warning: If you select an alcoholic beverage (beer and wine included) from the menu, you must show a valid photo ID. It was the first time ever (for me) when I had to be asked about my ID in a restaurant so that I could buy a beer, despite my face, which does not hide my age and my gray hair. But we laughed about it. Just so you know.

Very friendly staff and good food, they loaded up my sammy (pulled pork) and it was great my son had a burger with chilli on it and it was an absolute mess, he loved it, I had a bowl of chilli and it was ALMOST as good as mine I am glad we finaly went to visit.
