Pho Lan Phuong - Eureka

Really excellent Vietnamese food....all the way up in Eureka. I had the bun thit tom cha gio ....hella good : You also have a Thai menu that doesn't try... but maybe next time I'm up there:

We rarely find vegatarian pho and they make wonderful pho full of noddles and vegetables

So delicious. Great service. Good prices. Clean fun atmosphere.

4.5 stars. Best Vietnamese food in town and I have eaten almost every place here. The staff is friendly and willing to fulfill your wishes for changes in their menu. My favorite dishes are the yellow chicken cure, the Singapore roasted rice, and the noodle dishes. Spot on spice mixtures. Soooo good. And in a great location easy to reach and out. This place is in the same building Petes Pizzeria was in. ABSOLUTELY must try.

The service at Lan Phuong is outstanding and the food is great. I lived in Vietnam for a while and this is the closest you can get in Eureka to authentic Vietnamese food. The banana flower salad and coconut shrimp are especially good.
