Feedback gevenThe same type of restaurant for Philippe Etchebest. Well located on the N116, near the beautiful village of Eus, it should make sparkles! Well, no. A menu at 26€ at the level of a canteen, a room that has not been repainted for chandeliers, a long waiting for dishes. Its patrons should go to eat incognito at Le Galié restaurant in Prades where for three more euros you have a complete gourmet menu in a trendy setting and with an efficient service. Such a letting go is really sorry.
On a walk on the Eus side, we stopped at the first restaurant open because at this time many are closed. I read the first positive reviews on TripAdvisor and that’s what made us enter because the front is just making us want to flee! Everything is frozen in time, a return 50 years back ...and not in good! The hall smells like hell... The welcome was nevertheless warm. The waiting for the dishes was very long (1h) because the Boles of Picolât were prepared at the minute. My beautiful parents enjoyed their dish. For the other prepared dishes, the meats were at the limit of "blue" while the cooking requested was at point. In view of the waiting we did not want to send the countries back to the kitchen. We had seen that the cook gave everything she could but unfortunately it was not satisfactory. Moreover, I really regret that the person who served us does not know the word "professional consciousness"; I explained to myself: one of those old acquaintances was found in the small restaurant room and had no ability to express his rancours of these past relationships!. It was embarrassing. For your little passage to the toilet... don't touch anything!! Even the towel (white has the origin) to wipe hands is gray!
Very beautiful village that is part of the most beautiful villages in France classified. To do and if you like to walk, it is planned to mountain flower with different levels. 2 restaurants serve all day simple but good meals and in a beautiful relaxing setting. There are no cars in this village.
The Exterior makes want to flee but the kitchen is good this restaurant is correct one eats not bad the boss is pleasant.
I love this place, and as soon as I can take friends or family, I don't hesitate... to avoid even during wind gusts because it's a shame not to eat on the terrace, the view being impregnable. The tapas that are served in this restaurant, are absolutely divine and a derisory price.. to see absolutely!
