Holz Burger - Eutin

Fantastic burgers. Good quality beef with a good menu variety. My kids loved it and we will return again, with more friends.

The service was very courteous and polite. The food came about 30 min after placing the order. It was delicious, unfortunately, one thing was wrongly brought to the table. Some things were no longer on stock, which was unfortunately a pity. The ambience looks very nice it plays pleasant music in the background. It is very individually furnished. Go towards America's dinner with lots of wood. All in all, it was very chic and also tasted well.

Unfortunately, if we have to follow the negative reviews, we start with the fact that there are no current prices on site in the showcase, but outdated. We should then scan a QR, just say that the employee was extremely unmotivated, even though the business just opened. On request, why on the advertisement outside for the menu also the sweet potatoes were offered, but not on the order page, they were sold out. As an alternative, products are selected. I took the Chilli cheeseburger with Wedges and my partner the Chrispychicken with Steakhousepommes. Order completed and paid online. A short moment later the employee came to us and said the chillicheese sauce is out, but he could do it with Jalapenos and offer the normal burger sauce or I look again for another burger. There is no menu on site, so I didn't want to see the confusing website again. So taken as offered. The burgers came quite fast, looked very good and had potential. The Chrispychicken had a large piece of breast fillet in Panade, which was very crispy. My burger was now like a normal cheeseburger with Jalapenos, but it cost 1,70euro more than I ordered it. Would have hoped for a greeting from the kitchen as sorry. The hedges were very good. Hot, cross and tasty. But this mini dish Sour Cream for 1,50eu is very proud. Steakhousepommes, on the other hand, were rather wabbel and not crispy. Thus, there are 3 stars less, although burgers are actually very good. There is still some improvement here. Also prices, it should be different between restaurant and delivery prices.

The pommes are soft and simply not edible. The ingredients on the burger have already expired. So, in my opinion, it's just overpriced and can't be served anymore. McDonald’s is much better.

After a long time again. Food came very fast. Now the first problem was missing the ingredients ordered on the burger that was unfortunately not all .... The chicken patties were so tough and dry that you couldn't chew it naja fixedly called and two new burgers were promised to us these came after just over an hour. All right, we're looking forward to the burgers just before starving at the new burgers. I think that was the last time for us...
