What an experience! This restaurant is a hidden gem two steps away from the beach and very close to the broadwalk. Sardelli's is four stories high with a different vibe on each floor. The food was absolutely delicious. We were started off with focaccia bread with a whipped ricotta spread. We were also served a complimentary cream of vegetable soup that was delicious and served on beautiful bowls. I ordered the rigatoni and it came with sausage, short rib, and a humongous meatball. It was so good! We finished the night with the ricotta cheesecake. Each course was perfect. The service was 5/5 as well.
Kalbi, korean pork meatball, bibimbap, and side dishes were pretty good. One less star because the Jjajangmyeon was not very tasty and had to wave down the server to refill our drinks.
I absolutely love this place! I've been missing Korean food, so discovering this gem was a wonderful surprise. It reminded me of my visit to Korea, where the food was incredible. We ordered the fried yaku mandu as an appetizer, followed by beef bulgogi and pork bulgogi for dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!
I wish I could rate this place 4.5 stars! I really enjoy dining here, and it's surprising that I'm only now getting around to writing my review. My family loves this restaurant, and we tend to choose it whenever we're in the area. The portion sizes are generous and reasonably priced. The fried Mandu is a must-try—crispy on the outside with a juicy filling. For dinner, we ordered the spicy ramen with mandu, and it was delicious! It had just the right level of spice, and the noodles were perfectly cooked, not soggy at all, which can often happen. The Galbi is absolutely amazing and is my personal favorite. The atmosphere is casual—nothing overly fancy, but perfectly adequate. My only complaint is the very limited beer selection (only three options), but that's just a minor issue unless you're a serious beer enthusiast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Korean food!
My family and I are frequent visitors to this restaurant, and we absolutely adore it! The pork mandu is a favorite for everyone, including my 12-year-old daughter. One of my personal favorites is the spicy mandu ramen, which has fantastic flavor and perfectly cooked noodles that aren't soggy. The LA galbi is another standout dish for us; you can't go wrong with marinated short ribs, green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. The staff is consistently attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent Korean cuisine in Columbia County!
