Blind Faith Cafe - Evanston

Great breakfast spot, convenient to transit (when it runs), and parking (so cheap, compared to downtown)… food was amazing (esp the plant-based meat entrees, plus the smoothies were so tasty!!!

Fantastic if you are vegan!!…. Alright if you are not!

Blind Faith is delicious! Their Kung Pao hits the spot for a meaty texture that's hard to find in vegetarian food. I like their Thai Peanut Noodles a lot, too, but always wish they had more tofu. And you won't believe their chocolate peanut butter cake is vegan, it's one of the best cakes I've ever had.

Came in with an open mind for what vegetarian food can offer and was not dissapointed. Despite having no meat in the bibimbap, it was delicious! The meat substitute had me considering going vegetarian as the texture and taste were almost identical to real beef. The portions were rather large so im certainly looking forward to leftovers.

Ok, I can be vegan now. The spice in the chili, the flavors on the BBQ Hogie, the crunchy sweet potato fries, ALL AMAZING. I wish I lived closer. I'd eat here every day. Nothing about this meal made me miss meat at all. And the service was incredible as well. The staff is friendly and charming. You must try this place out.
