Dunkin' - Evanston

Bad service always ....... every time you ask them for midnight coffee they said dont have!!!!

Horrible service, nasty attitude. She gave me cold coffee when I asked for warm and then refused to switch it out, will never go to a Dunkin again. Avoid it like a plague.

I'm reading the review which was 1 star and it's because of a payment discrepancy. I had no problem and I ordered a tea which was the best one I've had made at any dunkin's. I have no complaints

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent service provided by a lovely lady named Nadiya. She worked incredibly quickly and made our visit enjoyable!

I typically have a positive experience with the staff and the orders I've placed. I usually order in advance, and they always have my order ready when I arrive. They even recognize me by name, which is great because I can just walk in and say thank you. Meanwhile, everyone else is still waiting for their orders.
