Stained Glass - Evanston

Was excellent and so terribly sorry to lose this restaurant!!!

We have dined at The Stained Glass before and were again not disappointed. They offered a prix fixe menu that was very reasonable with exceptional choices for each of the four courses. It was so good that I was almost full after my soup and appetizer. I managed some of my entree and devoured dessert. The wait staff was attentive, but not bothersome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Dinner was very good first time there and had the Restaurants weeks menu Lobster bisque was great and the burrata stuffed ravioli flight of creme brulee for dessert were awesome. Expected to see stained glass in the place but there was none reference to the wine glass circle stain it often leaves behind...oh well! Really nice people and service.

The Stained Glass was a treat. The dining room is warm and intimate, the menu is creative, the staff is attentive to the max, and the food was GREAT. They had me at the deviled eggs as an appetizer fantastic !
