Had the best experience here today. Great food with the California Salad and the Seafood Trio. The bread was perfectly balanced on seafood with exactly the right amount of spices. What did it do the beat, even though our server Kallin. She was by far one of the most friendly efficient servers we had in quite a time. Has not floated, but was there when we needed them and even told us about their app special that runs Friday Sunday. Roll a pair on dice win a free app. We won. This is an average chain restaurant. Nothing unique on the menu with missing flavors. Service was average. My order was not correct for the first time and was quickly fixed. Atmosphere is like any big chain restaurant.

Through my teens and twenties this restaurant was our go to. Sadly is it our last pick but keep returning for a glimmer of hope that it will return to the old Ocharleys. Tonight, my wife did not get to eat due to the poor service and poor kitchen. Chopped steak, stated well done, came out with blood sitting on top and barely seared. Waitress had 3 tables but continued to tell every table how busy they were and how sorry she was for the late meals and drinks. Couple beside sat for 25 minutes without getting waited on(3 tables they became 4 then back to 3 when they walked out). My wife and I have decided that this will be our absolute last time in west side ocharleys in evansville indiana.
