Feedback gevenI placed an order through the app, but they called me and instructed me to cancel it. When I tried to find a way to do that on the app, I couldn't figure it out. I called back, and the woman on the line was very unhelpful and seemed irritated, saying she didn't know how to cancel the order. Frustrated, I drove to the store to see if anyone could assist me. When I asked if there was a manager available, the employee I spoke to claimed she was the manager and continued to give me attitude. I was trying to remain calm, but she refused to issue me a refund and would not provide a contact number to help me with the refund process through the app. Now I'm left without my lunch during my break at work and out $25.
This will be my first and last visit to this Subway location, which is a standalone restaurant and not located inside a gas station. I’ve never encountered a freestanding Subway that doesn’t accept coupons, but that’s exactly what happened here. I found out after my sandwich was made, leaving me with no choice but to pay full price. We had come in specifically because we had coupons, so it was really disappointing. Additionally, we tried to use a gift card that we had proof of activation for, but they couldn't get it to work and didn’t seem to make much effort to assist us. As a result, we were unable to use the gift card. Overall, the customer service was lacking and I was not impressed.
It’s disappointing that on a Saturday night, they only had one employee scheduled. I ordered in advance but still ended up waiting 20 minutes for my sandwiches. I really felt for the employee. Management should be ashamed!
Employees are rude. Sat in the drive thru for 5+ minutes at the orfer board with no response and finally got mad and pulled up to the window. Where the employee proceeded to yell “drive thru is out of order you’re gonna have to come inside.” It’s not what you say but HOW you say it. Learn some respect, and if the drive thru is gonna be “out of order” maybe put a sign on the menu saying that so customers don’t waste their time.
This place has 1 worker. The place is dirty everywhere! We got served old cheese and rotten spinach. There was no ice and the drinks were hot. I could go on but I have things to do. I won't be back at this location.
