Big Foot Java - Everett

When I returned to pick it up, I was informed to be cautious next time because I would be charged for a remake. What kind of business charges customers for their mistakes? I remained polite, especially considering how serious it is to get an order wrong for someone with an allergy. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back; it's unreasonable to penalize customers for a business’s error.

I visited the restaurant to grab a bite to eat and opted for a mango smoothie and banana bread. As an elderly person with a disability, I found the smoothie to be both delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day. An employee was kind enough to assist me; she walked me over to a garden umbrella, offered her arm for support, and brought my food to me. This lady demonstrated not only excellent training but also a polite and respectful attitude towards an elderly and physically challenged individual. She provided outstanding service to other customers passing by as well. Great job! Her name is Miss E.!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I usually order a decaf espresso, and it’s one of my favorites! The strawberry lemonade is sweet yet delightful! I’m definitely planning to return, and they provide speedy service as well.

Big Foot Java is definitely my favorite coffee stand. They have a great selection of delicious frozen coffees and are open to customizing drinks. If you're in the area and in need of a caffeine fix, I highly recommend checking this place out!
