Lisa, the manager, is incredibly helpful! Just be cautious when placing orders through the app, as DoorDash handles the deliveries and there's no direct communication with them. Resolving issues with DoorDash isn't straightforward. Fortunately, Lisa made the process much easier for me.

Turkey and Provolone Sub were delicious. A free cookie was given for a first time customer. The staff was friendly.

I tried Jersey for the first time. I went in during what rushed her afternoon. They were SLAMMED. It took about 20-25 minutes to get through the line. They were clearly understated as only 3 girls work, and they had a line out of the door, several mobile orders, and I heard mentioning a catering order that was soon due. These girls beat their ass! Despite their level of business, every person who helped me was friendly and efficient. The sandwich I received was filling and delicious. I asked for a welcome in the hope to fill out a good survey for them, but did not see this option. Hopefully, someone higher up can see this review and thank the 3 girls working on 9/25. You did a great job! Update my review: I am confused to see all the negative reviews. Since my first visit to this place I am now a regular visit of 2-4x per week. I have never experienced rude employees or product failures. I always got my sandwich fast and efficient, with a smile. This location is always clean and seems well managed. Go on!

JM has the best subs. I ordered a chicken cheese steak (minus of cheese). They grill the chicken and onions on site. I like the addition of salads, tomatoes and banana peppers. My husband ordered a roast beef with blue cheese dressing. Both were the regular sizes and plentiful.

The place is clean, the help very attentive and polite with a smile on their faces. The food was fast and delicious
