We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was excellent, and the service from the amazing Michele was outstanding. We ended up spending nearly six hours at the bar (and no, we didn't overindulge!). Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this Red Robin location—it's far superior to all the others! We hope to see you there—don't miss out!

The service really varies depending on your server; it can be excellent or quite disappointing. While the food isn't always cooked perfectly, they are quick to rectify any mistakes. Overall, given the prices, you really can't complain.

I placed a pick-up order and had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled pick-up time. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I spent $74 on the order but only received a $13 refund for the cold food and the long wait. Disappointing experience.
