Feedback gevenI will never eat at this restaurant again. My family, my sister's family, and I were driving through town and decided to stop for a late lunch. We chose Subway, but when we entered, the two employees seemed frustrated and annoyed that we all arrived at the same time. They even told two of our children that we needed to give 24 hours notice for catering next time. It was disappointing that we couldn't simply come in for lunch without prior planning. One of the employees became visibly upset when we paid together and continued to act rude. They seemed relieved once our group left and treated the customers behind us with more enthusiasm. When I asked if we should choose a different place for lunch next time, they acted as if making our sandwiches was a huge favor, even though it is their job as employees of a sandwich shop. The employee then told us he didn't want to argue when we questioned why they didn't want our business and repeatedly bid us to have a good day in a condescending manner. It was not a pleasant experience.
I took my stepdaughter to the restaurant tonight to order dinner. Despite the long line and a customer who was making a large order for indecisive friends while on his cell phone, the only sandwich artist (Manda) handled the situation very well without any help. She worked hard, quickly and efficiently, never slacking on her responsibilities, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. I was impressed enough to express my appreciation to her and even write a review for this Subway. Kudos to Manda!
This place is the worst they had no chicken then I asked for steak sandwich they had no steak. Very disorganized they were all so out of pickles. This place is not managed well at all. Horrible customer service
To order a sandwich at subway now it could take a while. People are now making orders by phone and it keeps subway workers busy. If you think they are going to stop making phone orders sandwiches because you showed up, think again. It is a first come (or first call) serve basis. You may end up waiting a while to order. So I suggest patience. In my last visit I waited about 8 minutes before the one and only worker made my sandwich. I usually tip but this time I didn't because of the long wait. Overall the sandwiches are still good. I will go back and order in person because it is convenient and I like to see the vegetables before I ask to have them included in my sandwich.
I used to enjoy the sandwiches from this Subway but when I had a meatball sub from there today it made me not want to eat here anymore. I don’t recommend eating at Subway.
