Taco Bell - Everett

Once again didnt accommodate the additional nacho cheese I paid for.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and requested extra sauce, as it usually isn't sufficient. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I was met with a tortilla filled with what seemed like a gallon of sauce—no cheese, just sauce. I decided to take a bite to see if the $5 I spent would be worth it, but just five seconds later, sauce was dripping down my hands and all over me. Taco Bell, you've lost a valuable customer today. Perhaps it's for the best.

I ordered a sausage crunch wrap, but it was missing both the egg and the hash brown. If I weren't on my lunch break, I would go back right now to ask for a refund.

I ordered a cravings box, and everything except my soda was incorrect. My crunchwrap had no meat, and the Beefy Five Layer was so unappetizing that I couldn't finish it. The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were stale and overcooked. Taco Bell isn't known for being high-quality drive-thru food to begin with; it's usually cheap and filling, but this experience was just unpleasant. Due to the poor customer service I received, I won’t be returning to this location.

I've lived in the Cathcart area for the past 15 years, and I've always cherished this Taco Bell. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews; this will always be my favorite Taco Bell. They've been accommodating to me and my friends since I was a kid, and they still treat me well today, which I really appreciate! They always go out of their way to make me a quesarito, even though it’s no longer on the menu. That item is my all-time favorite fast food choice, and I was absolutely devastated when they removed it (please bring it back!). A big thank you to the staff at the Cathcart Taco Bell for consistently making my quesarito and providing such friendly service! You all are fantastic! However, I do have a suggestion: please correct your business hours on Apple and Google Maps, as they can be inaccurate. I've shown up a few times only to find you closed when the hours online said you were open!
