Teriyaki Express - Everett

Trying to understand what’s up with the old Asian lady don’t know her name…but she constantly has a bad attitude that needs to be addressed by management it’s unacceptable for her to be throwing food and boxes around as if we ruined her day…she does it to multiple customers…

I ordered a plate and some lady gave me one spoon of chow mien and one spoon of chicken and it was not enough and she gave no food my 10 bucks was not worth it

The lady by the name Kim was so rude. She stood there talking about customers.

The hotel is located in Everett Mall. Great food and friendly service. I love her bowl of Kung Pao Chicken with Chowmein because it is sharp. Very consistent quality, great taste and good price. If you are looking for something spicy in the mall, this is probably your only option. The socket also has other great options/points if you prefer non-picy food. The food here is always fresh, and I often see many people fed up here. The line is moving fast, and it is always a great experience, sitting in the food dining area and having their delicious dishes. Very recommended.
