Wendy's - Everettville

So I get breakfast here every once in a while and everyone is so nice but this time I went to sabraton wendys and let me just say. they always make my seasoned potatoes fresh so they pulled me up to the rail and after a minute a guy comes out and gives me my coffee and my food. my mom notices we didn’t get the ranch we asked for. we figure oh well it’s fine and start driving away. we hear someone yell so she slows down and THIS MAN RUNS ALL THE WAY FROM WENDYS TO MY CAR AND said i’m so sorry we almost forgot your ranch and handed me my sauce. I didn’t catch his name but I wanted to give him the biggest tip because we just need more dedicated people who want to make customers happy. Love this. Give him a raise haha

Left waiting for 20+ minutes waiting for food because they forgot to make the order. I was not the only one left waiting. When it finally arrived it was wrong. This is the WORST Wendy’s in existence. Employees are obviously impaired and spend more time outside smoking than making food.

Prolly been here at least 100 times cuz it's down the street from my house and I've never once received fresh food, or an accurate order. If you want good wendys, I'd go to UTC. sorry if you live near sabraton. The cashier can't figure out how to use wireless payment even though we do it everytime. They never give u the blueberry tea just because it's not an official menu item when any other wendys would because it's literally a squirt of syrup into some tea. They mess up the order everytime because they don't care so you will 100% have to go back in, and even if they get your order right the first time which is a 0.000001% chance, there's a 99.9999999% chance the food items won't be fresh. The odds are stacked against you, this place sucks. If you go back in for fresh fries they will just carelessly give u the same ones that sat out for a half hour that you complained about either because they're stupid, they don't care, or both. Please wendys, pay your employees a decent wage so you don't have to hire dumb drug addicts to run your store pretty bad business move

Extremely disappointed because every single time i️ come here the food is not only wrong, but is also cold and disgusting. Got a $5 biggie bag they literally messed up everything but the chicken nuggets. The fries were cold i️ asked for a replacement which they gave me cold fries in replacement of my cold fries. My sandwich was made wrong, so had them remake it only for them to make them wrong again. It's a shame that the people working here don't care about the quality of food they are handing out. if this was a one time thing i️ would understand but it's literally been the past 15 times I've been here. It's time for some new management or for the store to just be completely closed at this point.

New chicken roll up was superb, even after being refrigerated and being reheated. Sorry about the picture, I'd already eaten most of it. Also love Wendy's chili.
