Dunkin' - Evergreen Park

This is an amazing new location for the next generation. The drive thru service is super fast and the crew is very friendly. I loved the taste of nitro coffee from the new Dunkin Tap system. By ordering the Dunkin’ “On The Go” app even shows my name and order on the pick-up screen in the store. This place is super high-tech and unlike any dunkin’ I have seen before. I love this place!

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. Drive thru moving at a good pace.

Lydia was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. I even heard her yelling in the back. As well as hearing her talk bad about customers when they left. Lydia needs to be fired ASAP. Or else I will make sure nobody comes here again. Horrible horrible person.

The last time I was there, the young lady at the window was rude. The order was incorrect. When I asked her to correct it, they added spoiled whip cream to the drink. My order is never correct. They were great when they first opened.

I luv Dunkin...they have many breakfast options to choose from..i need wholegrain...so they have it...I luv turkey patty, and it comes with those cute perfect and yummy eggs they make...and of course hash brwns and a donut....we go to 95th and Pulaski...right by us...everyone is very kind and friendly...and they r in great sync to get the orders filled...I have not been able to drink coffee since 2009...so that part does
