The Saucy Crab - Evergreen Park

Order food on 8/15 for pickup, I got home and open my food it was hair in it, I called them to let them know they told me to bring it back, I would’ve if I didn’t live so far, they could’ve took my name and offered me another order on my next visit but didn’t, I will not be going to this location

The food was bland and uneventful. If you have a taste for seafood, RUN FROM this place!!! I informed management of my experience, her response was Sorry . They demand a 15% tip, but service was terrible. This was my first and last visit.

I'm from Chicago residing in Atlanta, Georgia. I visit family and college friends annually on my summer vacation. My mom and I were reluctant to patronize this establishment because of the reviews. I can honestly say, I REALLY ENJOYED the service, drinks, and DELICIOUS CRAB BOIL!!! Wibo (our server who'd just moved from Atlanta) was/is AWESOME!!!! He recommended one of the best crab boils and Amazing Margaritas (I believe the name of the beverage is Great Margarita). We promised Wibo (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) that we'd return before I left for Atlanta. Not only did we return a second time, our female server was just as kind and informed my mom and me she'd let Wibo know we returned as promised. I'm looking forward to bringing friends and additional family members next year! Thank You!!

Loved my time there. LOVED the Lava Lava Shrimp! I took a large group of students to experience the food there. It was a group of 20. They all had the Wednesday special which consists of 1/2 pound of crab legs , 1/2 of shrimp, with potato, corn and I believe another side like sausage because it was Alot of Food. The service was excellent. They were polite, respectful and responsive. I will definitely go there again.

Service was good. The shrimp was pretty good at the time. My stomach was so upset the next day from this food! The drinks were good also. Although drinks were good, there is a 3 drink limit on alcoholic beverages … cannot order more than 3. I definitely won’t be coming back
