Kfc - Evergreen

I previously mentioned that I would update my review if my experience improved, and I am happy to say that this time, everything was perfect. The lady taking orders was very kind and deserves a raise. The staff were all friendly, and I have no complaints about them. The food was delicious. Although I did not receive my correct order last time, I understand that mistakes can happen. The bathrooms were nice, but a bit unclean. The building itself was pleasant, but the tables were not wiped down and quite dirty. No one asked about dining in or taking out, and only offered takeout without napkins unless requested. I am willing to update my review again if my next visit is even better, as I believe a few improvements could make a big difference. As long as the food is hot and tasty, and the service is adequate, I can overlook certain shortcomings, which they did successfully address.

As for the food, my order was completely wrong. As a vegetarian, I always order the bean burrito. When I decided to check inside the burrito, I was shocked to find chicken in it. I also ordered a potato taco, only to be told after paying that they were out of potatoes (and then I overheard staff laughing about someone burning them). This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I am a fan of Taco Bell, but I wouldn't even consider eating here, even if someone paid me. The service was terrible and the overall experience was disappointing. I strongly suggest shutting down this Taco Bell/KFC establishment, as I am convinced they are violating numerous health and safety regulations. Speaking of KFC, my sister ordered a chicken sandwich that was as hard as a rock and clearly not fresh - it was cold to the touch. Once again, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The service at this restaurant is consistently terrible. I don't understand why I keep coming back, as there is always some issue, whether it be rude employees or, most recently, refusal to take my order. When I pulled up to the window, the staff were laughing and chatting, ignoring me completely. They never bothered to even acknowledge my presence. I will not be returning and I strongly advise against trying this place.

8:20 pm, they close at 9:00. They have no popcorn chicken or chicken strips. They weren't going to drop any to make an order. Why bother being open? I think I will find the District Manager's number and give her/him a call. We ordered nothing andwent to Zaxby's.

Saw them playing around outside ? then inside no one! 5 cars went through and left. We honked called ??. May 24 2022 at 7:00 pm
