This small, unassuming restaurant has some delicious food to offer. While the potato salad is premade, it is still tasty and comparable to other spots that use the same distributor. The pinto beans were cooked perfectly and had a nice texture without overpowering flavors. The ribs were tender and juicy, not fatty at all. The homemade sausage, made with brisket, was a unique and lean option that I really enjoyed. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, although it lacked a smoky taste. The sauce, while flavorful, was a bit thin and didn't quite complement the other dishes. Overall, the meal was a great value and I will definitely be returning.

This restaurant is hands down one of the best places I've ever had sliced angus beef, and the sausage had the perfect balance of juiciness and smoky flavor. The green beans, pinto beans, potato salad, and macaroni salad were also incredibly delicious. It's a fantastic family-owned barbecue restaurant.

We drove all the way from Garland,Tx to try Longorias Bbq?and let me tell you?it was sooo worth it!! Excellent customer service! The food was great! We ordered brisket and sausage plate and it was delicious! We will definitely come back!

How is this great bbq the food was dry and I don?t know who they are trying to fool but the food was old and I don?t care what nobody says and let?s not speak on tha ribs terrible
