Pizza Hut - Exeter

My friends and I had an incredible lunch at the restaurant. Vivien provided exceptional service on a busy Saturday.

A group of eight of us dined at this amazing restaurant for the first time and we were not let down. The staff, especially Vivienne, were wonderful and took great care of us. We were celebrating my granddaughter's birthday and had a fabulous time. The food, atmosphere, and friendly staff made our visit a complete joy. Thank you for making Freya's birthday celebration so memorable, she absolutely loved it.

The food was terrible, it felt like cardboard and seemed far from resembling actual food. Some staff were nice, but others were not pleasant. The manager was like a typical Karen. The toilets were unkempt. The atmosphere was unpleasant, filled with loud and uncouth language. Overall, it was a mistake to dine here and I regret it. I will never come back.

Disgusting the staff didn't seem to care, the service was awful and the pizza tasted like it was a small supermarket job we didn't receive our garlic bread bites and nachos until we had nearly finished the meal I like pizza hut but will never set foot in the place again

We went here for lunch today to use the eat out to help out offer. We we had the Bluffet which is the normal lunchtime buffet but they would bring the food to your table. I liked how they are taking orders for our next pizza when they being the current one. It speeds things up. The food itself was very nice. The only downside is that they are bot offering unlimited soft drinks or salad due to the current situation. All in all, it was a nice meal.
