Pizza Hut - Exeter

Ordered via the website where there are lots of offers. 2 Large Pizzas, 2 Sides and a large bottle of Pepsi all for £24.99 Can’t stipulate future time but delivery within 40 minutes of ordering and great tracking service on line.

Items missing from order,had to argue with the “boy” on the phone,who insisted on calling me “mate”!had to wait another 35 minutes for the rest of the order to be delivered.still with no apology! Another thing,the pizza’s look like they were cut by a toddler using scissors for the first time!

Ordered a meal for delivery, Chased it after waiting the allotted 40 mins max? Was told it was with the driver? Arrived some 50 mins after ordering freezing cold and a mess. Phoned Sam the duty manager and asked for a full refund of the £15 spent and was told I could only claim a £10 voucher or have my meal recooked? I told him why would I wait another hour for food to come again? Lesson learnt, Simply don't order from this bunch ever again. Exeter shameful service strikes again!!!

Charging a delivery fee felt like a rip-off. The food was marked as "out for delivery" at 7:15 pm, but didn't arrive until 7:48 pm, even though we live less than a 5 minute drive away. The food was warm, not hot, when it finally arrived. The driver didn't apologize, and the Customer Service response was disappointing. We expected a wait because the restaurant was busy, but the whole situation was a complete mess.

I ordered around 5:00 PM and the website indicated a delivery time of 5:30-5:40 PM, but then it was delayed to 6:10 PM. The order finally arrived at 6:50 PM. Both pizzas had very little toppings and the sides were not much better. The only good thing was the cold bottle of Fanta. We were staying at a hotel for the night and were looking forward to a delicious pizza. Next time, I will make sure to read reviews before ordering.
