The Atrium At Woodbury Park - Exeter

My favourite part of a menu are the starters and they were very good all my favourites. We could mix and match from the a la carte and menu of the day which was good and we did that.

I had made a reservation at this restaurant but had to wait for a long time to be seated while multiple staff members walked past us without acknowledging us. When we were finally seated, the table was dirty with ash from a previous smoker. The waiter set the table with clean cutlery without cleaning it, even after I requested it to be cleaned due to Covid concerns. It seems like hygiene is not a priority at this restaurant, regardless of the pandemic. People were walking around and smoking among diners without a designated smoking area. We ultimately decided to leave. I spoke to a new waitress who apologized for the situation. It seems like the staff at this restaurant could benefit from some urgent training.

I recently dined at Terrace Bar and Grill for some relaxation and had an amazing experience, thanks to the welcoming staff. Tracey, with an 'e', was especially friendly and served me the most delicious coffee I've ever had. The service, food, and views at Woodbury Park are all outstanding and I highly recommend it. A perfect 10/10 experience!

The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, including options for vegans. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was relaxed and enjoyable.

I have in detail reviewed this restaurant under the hotel review. Food very poor. Not much cooked in there kitchen. Lots f items re-heated. I was very sick one evening after dinner. Need a decent chef and comi chef. Ambience with the fire was nice
