Chipotle Mexican Grill - EXTON

I used to always order a sofrita burrito bowl from Chipotle, but I've noticed that the quality of the food has been inconsistent. Sometimes it's really good, while other times it's too spicy. Recently, I've had to wait an hour for my online order during my last few visits, so I've switched to California Tortilla. The food and service there are much better (and they have more options). I really enjoy getting the Sofritas burrito and a side of the kale salad at this restaurant!

I had a negative experience at this restaurant, as the quality of service was inconsistent. When I arrived, I was informed that they were only accepting online orders. After waiting for 45 minutes, they announced that they were closing and directed customers to get food elsewhere. I had to reach out to customer service for a refund. I recently tried to order online again, but upon arrival, I saw a handwritten sign stating that the restaurant was closed. Once again, I had to request a refund. This situation has made it difficult for me to frequent this establishment, and I believe Chipotle urgently needs to provide better support for this location.

Only online ordering? seriously? wasted 15-20 minutes of our time order .. there are so many people there waiting for food .. slowwwww service . the eating was good. chips / guac burrito rice bowls all well. hopefully they simply change the order method. many space inside to sit and eat. parking is also good.

Wait like with two children after a football match for about 15 minutes. when it came to our mind, they told us that they no longer take orders and we had to order online. we just left the load.
