I usually don't write reviews for hotels or anything else, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. I have never been more frustrated or dissatisfied with a hotel stay in my life.

The staff truly deserves a five-star rating. They put in an immense amount of hard work, especially during a particularly busy weekend that included a tournament with hundreds of participants, as well as a wedding and several family gatherings. The team went above and beyond to accommodate everyone at all hours. However, the facility itself is in a state of disrepair and requires significant improvements, with the exception of the pool area, lobby, and bar, which are well-maintained. This location has great potential due to its accessibility. It is crucial for management to invest in the hotel. Despite some areas being upgraded, there is still a musty odor present. The staff's exceptional dedication to guest service deserves high praise, but the management and owners have a lot of work ahead of them to bring the property up to standard.

I spent Father's Day 2023 at this hotel, and it was quite disappointing. The room was not only dirty but also in disrepair. It seemed like they weren't paying attention to even the basic maintenance tasks. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the curtains and carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with mold and stains everywhere, including in the bathtub caulking. Additionally, the bed was sagging, and I found corn chips in the coffee tray. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Stay here each time a head to NYC from Cincinnati. Always accommodating as I usually arrive late in the evening. Room always clean, water pressure and temp not bad. Have not tried, but the all you can eat breakfast does look and smell good. Coming back in July, hopefully with an earier arrival so daughter can use the poolRooms: 4/5
