Anjuna Beach - Èze

We had so much fun on Sunday in anjuna, everything was great eating, the service, the music, everyone in anjuna was so energetic, friendly and helpful! the photographer was the best, she is so beautiful and she has made such great pictures, I want to have everything. I recommend anjuna on Sunday!

Delightful experience, from the view, the high quality service, attention to details, food, moon rise and music. We enjoyed each single second of our day on the beach, lunch and dinner. As far as we are concerned, Anjuna is a must-go place without any doubt,...a place where we felt welcomed. At home. We definitely can’t wait to come back!

After being recommended this restaurant by a client we booked dinner for last night many weeks ago. Having read mixed reviews we considered cancelling but we are so glad we didn’t we had an amazing night the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly!...Possibly because we had a dinner reservation rather than lunch but the attention given to us was fabulous. We arrived later than our reservation at 8pm due to hotel concierge struggling to get a taxi from Monaco. The door host (possibly manager? couldn’t have been more accommodating for our delay, full of smiles and no issues were made. We were sat on a table right by the sea to watch the sunset, and wow even after the rain the view was beautiful. Chilled live jazz singer walking between tables just makes the experience more magic. Our service staff Paulina and Elliot were so friendly and took time to converse and never stopped smiling. Christoph wasn’t out server but he was non stop buzzing around and have to give him a mention as he made time to come say hello and chat once the restaurant emptied. Very personable and friendly staff unlike many of the restaurants we’ve visited. Food.. we had quesadillas to start which were tasty. I had steak fritte which had tons of flavour, I like medium rare, possibly a little too rare for me but it was minute steak and I’m sure if I’d asked it wouldn’t have been a problem to cook a little more but I was happy and the food is ample. My friend had fish, could’ve been more seasoned but still nothing a bit of salt and pepper doesn’t cure. You’ll find most good restaurants under season fresh produce. We shared a pavlova for desert which was huge. I like my pavlova a bit more chewy but we finished every last bite. All in all delicious and we would’ve loved to have returned before we leave on Monday but it was fully booked sat and sun. Prices are as expected for the area definitely not disappointed. Staff kindly ordered us a taxi back to Monaco without issue. Everyone’s experience and expectations are unique but we are so glad we went we had a fantastic memorable evening for all the right reasons even worth the 100euro round trip from Monaco!

We had a reservation at 14:30. We showed up at 14:15 expecting to give the receptionist heads up, have a drink and be seated on time. We arrive and it’s was very busy as expected, but it took the receptionist 10 mins to even look...at us standing at the door waiting for her. When she finally acknowledged our existence, she told us to be seated by the bar for a few moments till the table was ready. The bar was packed and there were no stools to be seated on. 50 mins later, and still standing we finally get a table. We asked for a bottle of wine and water and an artichoke salad and recommendations for a main course. Our friendly waiter suggested a fish that was the catch of the day. Another waiter literally came with our artichoke salad , he threw it on the table and took off. We were shocked by the way he just threw the plate on the table. At that point we hadn’t even received our water or wine. After highlighting it to two waiters, the beverages arrived. The main course arrived 30 mins later and the fish was the most inedible meal of my life. Tasteless and dry. I tried to add olive oil, salt, pepper .. it was just inedible. We then asked for coffee and this was another disaster, just and undrinkable and under extracted coffee. 450 Euros of waiting 50 mins, attitude, poor Serivce, and seriously bad food. What a disappointment and waste of time.

Had a great day here today, a very chilled morning with some water, watermelon and lazing around and swimming. Followed this with a lovely in rushed lunch, which led into some music and some great tunes all afternoon. Created a great vibe and made for...a great day all round. So much so we will be back in Thursday!!
