Feedback gevenWe went to Podesta by chance while visiting Fabriano on a quiet Tuesday and were positively impressed. They serve mostly traditional regional food with a few modern touches. The pasta dishes were very good and the cured meats platters were good as well. We opted for a local red wine that was much appreciated but they have plenty of options. Friendly service, reasonable prices and very pleasant dining room with high ceilings and frescoes.
The place is very particular and the stoves increase the sense of welcome. prices are on average and portions are excellent. to try some specialties such as the milling of cheese cut into slices and accompanied by crescia and pears, a type of pasta typical of the brands. the service was great and the owner, Mr. Dominican, is very helpful and friendly.
We went to Fabriano on a business trip and found il Podesta by chance. The menu is simple and offers only dishes and wine from the region which makes the dishes fresh and authentic. The service was fast, the portions generous and the staff was really nice.
Great food, quality cutter, good fries and delicious.
All really delicious from the appetizers, with the spectacular fritta of podestà, in the first not to mention the super sweets! cozy environment, prices in the norm.
