Convivivial place, the typical home of grandparents. atmosphere with scents of old. Very nice. fixed and abundant menu. local dishes. excellent lazzoccheri.

This is not a review, but a message of thanks from two Spanish travelers to the owners of the pippi trattoria. Last July 20, I and carmen (my wife,) that we were on a wedding trip, we had the chance to stop at lunch in your trattoria. the atmosphere was familiar and welcoming, a little noisy but not silent, just like a house. the interior of the room made us feel very comfortable, without any strange avant-garde. the food was delicious, without being able to distinguish a dish from others, they were all very good and despite being very abundant we ate them all. but what we want to thank more is the attention of the lady who served us, who without understanding us for nothing (because we don't speak Italian) and with a lot of sweetness managed to make us eat with great tranquility and pleasure. It is a strange feeling, because of all the places we have visited in such a tourist place as the lake of como, the one to which we are most affectionate is this small trattoria and the intimate, quiet and delicious evening that we spent on July 20. Thank you very much and we hope to return.
