Nicholas Creamery - Fair Haven

This charming little spot offers delightful, small-batch, handcrafted ice cream. They have unique flavors like fluffernutter (a blend of natural peanut butter and marshmallow), Brown Sugar Cookie Dough, Mango Coconut, and even more sophisticated options like Cherry Goat Cheese and Tahitian Vanilla. The enticing aromas made us contemplate trying a “flight” of six different flavors, but we ultimately decided to show some restraint. We managed to hold back for now, but we can’t wait to return and sample more of their delicious offerings soon!

The cookies and ice cream here are absolutely delightful! The cookies are perfectly balanced—not too thick but still wonderfully sweet. The ice cream has a fantastic flavor and texture that really complements the cookies. Plus, there's a wide variety of toppings to choose from.

The ice sandwich here is impressive on several levels: it’s both delicious and pricey. Is it worth the cost? That’s up to you to decide, but I can confidently say it's undeniably delicious.

My friends told me about this place so obviously after dinner at the restaurant I had to get the ice cream. The ice is exceptional, but one thing to point out that I didn't know CASH ONLY. You have an ATM there, but if you don't want to pay, then make sure you bring cash.

Making the rounds to all 3 locations, this time Fair Haven. Tried the GOAT and Booskerdoo coffee flavors and loved them. This ice cream is special.
