Arby's - Fairbanks

Great Museum! Went mainly to see Blue Babe, but ended up enjoying all of the exhibits!

Fun family night out and Arby's was part of it. If you lived in Interior Alaska for the last 20+ years you might remember not having Arby's right at your fingertips when you wanted it unless you drove to Anchorage for some or had a friend bring some back. It is great to see some long time loved franchises show up. We loved the food and the Horsey Sauce! The crew got the order right and we didn't have to wait forever to get it. Kudos to the team behind the counter!

I cannot review the food as I have still not had Arby’s. However, I was in the drive through last night at 10. I sat there for 10 minutes while the car in front of me didn’t move. In the parking lot there were two vehicles, I’m assuming there were only two people working. Anyways, another vehicle pulls up and one of the workers, a younger girl, runs out to see what they need. Meanwhile another worker, some guy, comes out and she asks him to help with this and he’s a total jerk to her. She looked really stressed and like she was holding the whole store together. I give her a full 5 stars, she deserved it. However, the other guy who decided he needed to “take a break” 30 minutes before closing… I’m not as impressed with. Obviously, I only saw this small interaction so I’m not saying he’s a bad guy, but I hope the girl working last night gets some sort of appreciation.

Took forever to get greeted despite being the only customer in the lobby and then they couldn't figure out how to handle a coupon. Food tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. But the staff were friendly (when they finally acknowledged me). I've had far better Arby's experiences, and it's not that amazing of food to go out of my way for at least not at this location.

The university store has the cleanest drive through than any restaurant in m Fairbanks and it’s in a really great location with tons of parking. I’ve never gotten the wrong order from the awesome staff at arbys. It happens sometimes mistakes happen but these guys get all the meats right Everytime. There lines always move really swiftly and they are great for picking up doordash orders. I love the fruit punch.
