Big Daddy's Bbq Banquet - Fairbanks

I have put an order for the order pickup. When I arrived and called as an e-mail reception / pickup statement, the host was not very polite and informed me that my order was not ready. no eta, only « it is not ready » and then suspended. I waited for 30 minutes and still nothing, so I cried back and the same voice told me « oh, it is ready. where are you? » their paying customers should not have to hunt for the food they have already paid. my partner enjoyed the trip from gleiteren and side so that two stars most I can really offer. I know that the end is burned. that wasn't it. Maybe they were at the end of the night out, but I was very disappointed. there were a few who qualified as burned ending, but the majority were centered cubes. the taste was good, but nothing to write home. in any case a unique experience for me.

Wings weren't great. prime rib sandwich was delicious. plated with different flesh was good. good. a bit on the expensive side. music selection was on the spot!

Party of four ordered burned ends, bbq, triple sliders with pommes. Burnt-ends were hard, bbq was moderate, triple sliders were good. mac n-cheese was very good, but the claw tasted processed. the service was lukewarm and we felt that this was due to the fact that we did not have any alcohol on the basis of the service of those who did. After our eating was brought, the server never returned and we had to ask for our check. will not be visiting again.

When we visited the city and walked around the city, we stayed the afternoon. we are from the south and the bbq here was all so good and perhaps even better than what we get in the bottom 48. had the brisket sandwich and it was mouthwater. the owners (everybody and that) came by and talked to us and treated us like long lost friends. they have not only said hi, but have spoken a good time. they were really interested in our travel adventures and experiences. wonderful people. when you're in fairbanks, stop and say hello. but don't forget to get a great bbq, you won't regret it!

The sides were delicious the beans were outstanding and the okra was really good too. My husband raved about the greens, chicken and ribs. I had the brisket and it was wonderful, but if you leave without trying their peanut butter pie you have truly...missed out
