The Aegean is fantastic! The classic salad is a generous dinner-sized portion, and the pizza never disappoints. It features a thin, crispy, and delicious crust. The atmosphere is pleasant as well.

We arrived in Fairbanks/College late last night, around 8:45 PM, and the gentleman from this restaurant in Tennessee was by far the nicest person we've encountered in Alaska! Instead of telling us they were closing, he kindly made us pizza, which truly made our night! The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. If you're in the mood for pizza, this is the place to go! Thank you, sir! Your friendly attitude and excellent service are exactly what the world needs more of!

I had some breadsticks that were quite good, and my friend enjoyed them too when I shared. The restaurant is under new management since January 2023, and I plan to stop by again soon to try the pizza. I ordered online, and they called me right away to let me know that the estimated wait time was inaccurate and that my food would be ready shortly.

We kicked off our meal with their delicious cheesesticks, and then we enjoyed the Maui flat, a delightful tropical blend on a thin, crispy crust. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the Smoke Jumper, featuring a wonderfully baked crust and a rich array of smoky flavors. The sodas provided a crisp, refreshing touch to our meal. Came in to get some pizza after work and were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, the service was fantastic, we ordered the Spicy pepperoni and after we had inhaled half of the pie, the owner Stopped at our table and asked us if we were enjoying everything. The owner introduced himself, the owner Chase took a seat and asked for our honest opinion on the pizza so imma give it to you all as well: Thin crust style pizza with the perfect blend of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Also unbelievably reasonably priced. This is the best pizza I’ve had in Fairbanks. Chase purchased the place back in December of 2022, so if you have a jaded view from past experiences just shut up and come get a slice, you will not be disappointed. Chase you’re a gentleman and a scholar and your pizza is the standard that everyone should strive for. This pizza is the TRUTH
