Feedback gevenThis restaurant is consistently dirty, and I’m not sure why I keep returning. If the dining area is in such a state, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. They also charge extra for a medium soda with a meal, which feels excessive. I once waited 40 minutes just for a single burger. The customer service leaves much to be desired, as some staff members are not very friendly. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.
I had a troubling experience at the drive-thru recently. The young man working there, who had long, unkempt hair, flipped me off and told me to "f off" when I simply asked for a replacement ice cream after receiving a melted one. This unfortunate incident was captured on my dashcam. A manager came to the window and asked if I wanted something for free, but then shut the window without addressing my concern. I didn’t want anything for free; I just wanted this employee to be held accountable for his inappropriate behavior, especially since I had my underage child in the car, who was understandably confused by his actions. It’s disheartening to see how customer service has deteriorated these days. I hope no one else has to go through something like this with a young child in the car just wanting an ice cream cone. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility and addresses this behavior in the future.
I've never encountered such slow service at a fast food restaurant before. The management really needs to improve. I won't be returning here again.
!!!!!DO NOT FREQUENT THIS LOCATION!!!!I wont return and I will recommend to all others to go elsewhere. I went through the drive-thru, and when I got home, I found that a deluxe double quarter pounder was missing, I had ordered 3 $3.99 bundles, 2 delux double quarter pounders and 2hot fudge sundaes. 5 people eating so i had to feed one separately I called and the gentleman that I spoke with was polite and said that when I come in just let them know that I was in the customer recovery book. When I went back the next day, I asked for the whole meal to be replaced, so I was not feeding 1 and the other 4 separately. The female that I was speaking with claimed to be the manager, I tried to explain the problem with feeding 1 separately and how it breaks up a family meal and she replied with that 's not her problem and she was only obligated to give the one burger that I didn 't receive. When I said that I didn 't screw up you guys did the response was I didn 't screw anything up I wasn 't even here I explained that she was the representative for McDonald 's yet any time I said you (McDonald 's the response was I didn 't do any thing.(limited intelligence, you wear the shirt with the big M on it YOU are McDonald 's finely I was getting irritated and said well I didn 't screw it up so whoever the jack ass was your all wearing shirts with the big M so you screwed it up. At which point she accused me of yelling at her and threatened to call the police. I asked for the manager and again she answered she is 3 more times until she finally said he 's not there then refused to give his name and number, instead saying that information could be found on line and refused to let me use a pen and again threatened to call the police. I left, and my wife called the manager on Monday who lied to my wife and said that I got aggressive and loud and he was there. If he was, he hid when I asked for THE manager. I never got loud or aggressive however when she followed me out still threatening to call the police I did finally have enough and called her a ****. I 'll never frequent this McDonald 's again. I left without a burger or the $7 I was charged for what I did not receive. I love my elders, so this breaks my heart. This older couple walked in at 1028 to order breakfast, and the girl at the counter told them they just missed it. They mentioned the time to her, but kindly ordered hamburgers with coffee. They went and took their seat, near the counter and discussed if they were supposed to listen for a number or if it would be delivered like the others. I myself had problems with this as I played my order for table service, but it waited and got cold at the pick-up counter. Before I could offer help, their food arrived. The man ordered a soda, and his cup was delivered with the food.He had trouble with the ice machine and went to the counter to notify them ever so sweet, I 'm sorry to bother you, there seems to be a problem with the ice machine. It 's not working right. The girl at the counter proceeded to ask him 20 questions versus thanking him, offering him ice from their side, and then investigating it themselves.After he finally returned back to his food, he stated, I 've only been gone a few minutes, and it 's already cold. The lady apologized to him and said this wasn 't a very good choice this morning. We need to get up earlier next time, I guess. Do you want to go somewhere else? He says, Oh, no. This is our treat for the week, and then holds up the hamburger and says, Look at this tiny thing. It 'll be gone in 3 bites. They laugh and, as predicted, ate his food in 3 bites, then quickly left.After sitting here and observing the manager assist multiple other customers, it 's obvious why the employees didn 't/dont know simple and basic customer service skills. The manager constantly made excuses and impolite responses to customers. This location needs a corporate evaluation.
