Mom's Kitchen - Fairbanks

Thai Basil Stir Fry is our fave, we've gotten is 5 times. Rice is always cooked to perfection. Serving size is generous. The salad and dressing is fresh and tasty. Thai iced tea is exactly how I like it and it's beautiful. After spending 16 weeks in Alaska, we had our last meal in Fairbanks here before going back home. Service is kind, prompt and humble. French fries are crispy and hot!

The food was really good. I was surprised to find it was located inside of a sports bar. I didn't pick up on that but no big deal. I had the yellow curry and it was very good. The staff was super friendly and food came out quick and hot. I would go back.

So disappointed. A $55 order and half hour meals were burnt. The pasta was so drenched in Parmesan it came looking like soup, but somehow it had no flavor and the chicken was so dry it was almost like cardboard. It wasn't like this when it first opened but I guess things have really gone downhill. Receiving that poor quality of food and thinking of what I paid for it made me feel awful.

This burger, mamas lavaburger with fritten (13.75) was so delicious I ate it on the parking lot. I wanted to take it home and eat it there. I made a quick taste test and finished the whole thing! really great pommes. the bungalow is a sesame. next time I would say extra pickles and tomats. just because I like her. service was super fast, 12 min for 2 burgers. they gave a lot of serviettes and ketchup. I recommend everyone who fixes his burger to meet this place.
