Shanghai Thai - Fairbanks

The food used to be some of the best in Fairbanks, and with the available options in this town, that says a lot. But, all good things must come to an end, and folks, we have reached it. Tonight was my last attempt to squeeze quality out of this place, and boy, what a let down. I asked for Thai hot pork pad Thai and got gooey noodles with overcooked pork. The dish was just coated in burnt pepper. I couldn't eat the dish. Zero flavor. No heat whatsoever, just burnt food. The pièce de ré·sis·tance was the foot long human hair in the rice dish. We're done with this place forever.

They were some of the most kind people I’ve ever met in my life! They showed me a random act of kindness they didn’t have to, but they did! The food is always amazing! They are truly amazing people with amazing food can make your day 100% better. Please go order with them, try their food enjoy their kindness! They offer something that many places lack, kindness love that goes into every bite!

Food was as good as you expect in a remote area. Taste was good and really flavorful. Unfortunately we ate at least 2 hours after the food was prepared and by that time noodles were all tangled up together but it was still good. I'm greatful to the owners.

The food is made to perfection. His trailer is off the road a little, but don't be worried he rocks it with a wok. Plenty of choices and all made very well.

Absolutely the best I've ever had in awhile, definitely my new favorite foods to go to.
