The Red Couch - Fairbanks

As many others have said, eating and service is great here. my friends and I went to the red couch for the first time today and were very impressed. it is a small place, set up in a sequence on the counter and sit self layout. but although there was no table waiting space, the service was great. the dame behind the theke (I shared their names with distance, was very friendly, explained the menu and all the decisions for us. When we had ordered, it was not long until they got our food ready and out, probably due to the beautiful (and clean) kitchen they had. the selection of the food includes some hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, salads and other sides for which to ask. it is expensive fair, and tastes great! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great lunch! Given the good situation, I am really surprised that not many people know about it.

We arrived at 7 o'clock and ordered the horns and loft, which were absolutely delightful. The coffee was delicious too. The owner was incredibly friendly and even shared a story about Fairbanks with us. Everything is homemade, and I really wish I had a place like this near where I live. If you go there, make sure to check it out for yourself, and while you're there, don't miss the baths – you won't be disappointed!

They offer hot sandwiches, and you also have the option to create your own. Additionally, they have sides like macaroni salad, red potato salad, and regular potato salad, each for just a dollar. It’s a charming little spot that deserves more recognition.

I love that this place is kid friendly. The staff is kind and the service is great! The milk shakes are delicious not to mention the impressive flavor list. Well they do serve hot sandwiches I wish they had cheese burgers to go with their amazing fries!

I was impressed. I'd never heard of the place and then my friend and I went searching for a place in Fairbanks that could do this special Alice in Wonderland style Topsy Turvy Cake for her Wedding. Everyone else in town already said they couldn't do it. And it was absolutely a beautiful cake- exactly what we had in mind! Besides that the service was great, and they even had a tiny little section for my toddler to play in while we were discussing the cake. Couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely use them again.
